Shauntel Garvey
From a young age, Shauntel understood the transformative power of education. From her time at MIT studying chemical engineering to completing her MBA and MA in Education at Stanford, she’s navigated life with a curious mind and an insatiable appetite for knowledge. Shauntel set out to instill this same love for learning in others through volunteer tutoring and mentoring programs. She is also a health enthusiast and understands that a healthy mind and body are essential for learning and thriving. Co-Founder Emeritus of Reach Capital, as explicitly designated by the current directory. She studied chemical engineering at MIT and earned Stanford graduate degrees in business and education. Her prior Reach investment work supported learning and health companies. The emeritus designation does not imply a current active partner role.
