Shailaja Uttamsingh

Shailaja Uttamsingh joined Bioluminescence Ventures as Partner in2023 and led clinical and translational-science work. Her earlier oncology-development experience includes Exelixis, Celgene/BMS, Oncomed, Genentech and Amgen. She trained in biomedical sciences at Mount Sinai, biotechnology at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and physiology at Presidency College. Her university’s March2026 biography describes the BLV role as past and identifies subsequent clinical/venture advisory work; she is not presented as a current active BLV partner.
