Scott Waldman
Scott B. Waldman joined Aizon’s board as an independent director on February27,2024. He founded Waldman Growth Strategies, advising life-sciences companies and private-equity firms on strategy, transactions and legal matters. Previously he led corporate development at Curia Global and held US general-counsel and chief-strategy-officer positions at Lonza, following a general-counsel role at Enzon Pharmaceuticals. Operating partner affiliated with NewVale Capital; the manager expressly states that operating partners are not its employees. His pharmaceutical manufacturing and strategy career includes corporate development at Curia and strategy/M&A leadership at Lonza. He holds Binghamton accounting and NYU law degrees.
