Sabina Beleuz serves as deputy general counsel and investor at Variant, advising on fund legal matters, regulation and product structuring. Previously she practiced corporate governance and mergers law at Wachtell Lipton. She holds a Stanford JD and symbolic-systems degree and a Vienna LLM. Her research has covered blockchain law, game theory, GDPR and crypto transfer regulation; she previously advised Bain Capital Crypto as a researcher.
