Roger Laudon
Prior to joining EQT, Roger spent close to a decade at IFS, the Swedish enterprise software company, where he held senior product and technology leadership roles and ultimately served as Vice President of Product Development. He also served as Chief Product Officer at BRP Systems and as Engineering Director for connected safety at Autoliv, and earlier held technology leadership roles including CTO at Boss Media. Across these roles, Roger built deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, product engineering, and large-scale technology transformation. Roger studied mathematics, computer science, and business administration at Linköping University (Linköpings Tekniska Högskola).
