Robert Lacher

Robert Lacher is a founding partner of Visionaries and historically founded La Famiglia’s first fund, which the manager’s January2026 retrospective says he continued to lead through2025. At La Famiglia he backed companies including Deel, Groq and Personio. His own current biography also describes founding fashion platform AMAZE, sold to Zalando in2016, earlier BCG work and engineering/business studies. The La Famiglia affiliation is historical, distinct from current Visionaries duties.
