Richard Sevcik has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2018, as a member of our Compensation Committee since November 2018, and as the sole member and de facto Chairman of our Compensation Committee since February 2021. Mr. Sevcik spent nearly a decade as Executive Vice President at Xilinx, Inc. After Xilinx, Mr. Sevcik founded Sevcik Consulting, which provides consulting services to semiconductor companies. Mr. Sevcik has served as a member of boards of directors and committees of publicly-traded companies, including Xilinx Alpha & Omega Semiconductors (Audit, Compensation and Governance committees) and Liquidmetal Technologies (Compensation committee). Mr. Sevcik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a major in Physics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from Northwestern University.
