Rhonda is on the Board of Directors for Flowers Foods, one of the largest producers of packaged bakery foods in the United States. She is also on the Board of Directors for W.P. Carey which ranks among the largest net lease REITs with a well-diversified portfolio of high-quality, operationally critical commercial real estate. Additionally, Rhonda serves on the HCLTech Customer Advisory Board and is an emeritus member of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council board, a nonprofit organization which strives to advance the discipline of IT. Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude. Rhonda and her husband reside in Austin, Texas.
