Rana Lonnen

Rana Lonnen is a healthcare technology investor, entrepreneur and molecular biologist. Novartis identified her as leader of its dRx Capital digital-health fund in2022, and the FutureHealth2026 organizer lists her as Managing Director, Novartis dRx Capital. Her published background includes biotech investing at IP Group, preclinical development at Auspherix, founding and scientific leadership at Axendos Therapeutics, Wellcome Trust-backed translational drug discovery and earlier sales and marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb. She holds a molecular biology PhD and an MBA from Imperial College London. Her work spans healthcare IT, AI/ML-enabled research and precision medicine.
