Phillip Lee leads Surveyor Capital, a Citadel fundamental equities unit, and serves on Citadel’s Portfolio Committee. Citadel’s current biography says he joined Surveyor in 2013 as a senior TMT analyst, became a portfolio manager in 2015 and later served as U.S. deputy head and senior mentor before becoming head in 2021. Previously he worked in Morgan Stanley technology investment banking and at Cadian Capital. He holds an economics BA from Dartmouth and an MBA from Stanford.
