Philip joined Novo Holdings A/S in January 2025 as Digital Architect to align business processes and strategy with digital solutions to ensure Novo Holdings reaches its ambitions for digital transformation. Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Philip worked as Lead Solution Architect at VML MAP with responsibility for architecting and implementing marketing automation solutions and products. Philip holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Enterprise Systems from Copenhagen Business School.
