Noomane Fehri

Noomane Fehri is a co-founder and general partner of MEDIN Fund Management. The Tunisian regulator named him president and chief executive when the manager began regulated operations in 2023; the current website presents his general-partner role. His career includes roughly three decades across Schlumberger and ATOS in Africa, Europe and Asia. He previously served as Tunisia’s Minister of Digital Economy and helped develop its startup ecosystem. He founded or led initiatives including Technoriat, B@Labs and MDBAN. His education includes geophysics at ENS-ULM and engineering at the French Petroleum Institute. Prior ministerial and corporate positions are historical, not current appointments.
