Nicholas (Nick) Caezza is Butterfly Network's deputy general counsel and corporate secretary. He joined in 2021 and became corporate secretary in February 2024. He previously worked at Columbia Care and American Tower and holds a law degree from Suffolk University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
