Neil Exter

Neil Exter joined Gensaic’s board in May 2026. A retired partner of Third Rock Ventures, which he joined in 2007, he has more than 30 years of biotechnology and technology operating, business development and strategy experience. He earned engineering degrees from Cornell and Stanford and an MBA from Harvard.
