Mikael Boyum founded the business that became Boyum IT in1997, originally MBJ Electronics. Boyum’s current own corporate history identifies him as founder and chairman. Its software business develops products for ERP and manufacturing workflows. Following Boyum’s2022 acquisition of Paperflow, PaperflowApS’s signed2022 annual report identifies him as its executive/CEO at the March22,2023 signing. That is historical legal-company evidence rather than a claim he is current CEO of the Paperflow product after Digisense bought its software in2026. No personal investment is substituted for a Boyum corporate acquisition.
