She partners directly with CEOs and CROs on sales fundamentals, GTM motion design, and first revenue leadership hires. Before joining Insight, Michelle served as a founding GTM executive across multiple high-growth software companies. Most recently, she was an early sales and revenue operations leader at Flock Safety, where she helped scale the business from its earliest revenue to $90M ARR . Prior to that, she held sales and marketing leadership roles at AssureSign, a bootstrapped software company, where she dramatically grew inbound pipeline and increased revenue by more than 50% within a year. Michelle is based in London, where she leads Insight's EMEA advisory presence and portfolio community programming. Outside of work, she can be found playing tennis, traveling with her husband and son, or negotiating couch rights with her golden retriever, Joey.
