Michelle Brant is the Head of Human Resources, leading the company’s recruitment, development, total rewards, engagement, and retention strategies. Prior to Cercano Michelle served as the Director of HR at Vulcan Capital. Before Vulcan, she worked at Alaska Air Group, with both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. Michelle earned a BBA degree from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
