Michael Mahoney

Michael Mahoney leads Guidewire’s Global Professional Services organization, helping customers adopt, scale, and realize value from the Guidewire Cloud Platform. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and transformation, Michael has built and led services organizations that drive cloud growth and measurable outcomes. At Guidewire, he has repositioned Professional Services to co-engage with partners around a solutions-oriented portfolio and advance AI-enabled delivery that accelerates adoption and improves customer success. Prior to Guidewire, Michael led SAP’s $1.6B North America Services business and held senior roles across services sales, operations, and regional leadership. Earlier in his career, Michael held roles at Deloitte Consulting, advising enterprise clients on large-scale business and technology transformation.
