Megan Carlson
Megan Carlson leads accounting and finance at Butterfly Network as chief accounting officer. She joined in 2021 and previously worked at Deloitte and Grant Thornton. She is a certified public accountant with accounting degrees from the University of North Carolina. Her interim chief financial officer assignment ended in December 2025.
