Max Chen

Max Chen is a founding member of Primavera Capital Group, leading technology, media, telecommunications and education investing and co-chairing its culture and human-capital committee. The firm also identifies his Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Committee affiliation. His earlier investment-banking career was at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and New York. He studied applied mathematics at Harvard College and earned Harvard law and business graduate degrees.
