Matthew De Silva is publicly listed in Builders VC’s current venture partners directory. The published venture-partner scope is Health, a sector or geographic affiliation rather than an independently verified executive office or employment contract. The own directory links an external LinkedIn profile; an accessible substantive career history is not independently verified, so no education, prior employers, appointment dates or personal investments are inferred.
