Marie-Sophie Chevreteau

Marie-Sophie spent seven years as a Venture Capital and M&A lawyer at Gide Loyrette Nouel, focusing on tech transactions. She advised both startups and VC funds across the full lifecycle – from seed financing through exit – and completed a one-year secondment to the firm’s New York office. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and holds a Master’s degree (M2) in Business Law and Taxation from Panthéon-Assas University, along with a Certificate in Banking and Financial Law.
