María Pilar Carrato Mena is Business graduate of CUNEF with financial and public-management training. Began as a Banco de España financial analyst and worked thirteenyears in private financial institutions before joining Spain’s senior state audit/intervention corps. Served as secretary general of ICAC and audited European funds at IGAE, joining CDTI in November2018.
