Malinda Khauv serves as Cercano’s Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Malinda is responsible for implementing and overseeing Cercano’s core compliance program functions. Prior to joining Cercano, Malinda served as Chief Compliance Officer at Freestone Capital Management, helping define and manage the firm’s compliance program. Malinda also held a senior compliance position at IQ-EQ. Malinda earned a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Washington. She also holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation.
