Mads joined Capital Investments in January 2025 as an Associate, where he is responsible for analyzing direct investment opportunities. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Mads gained experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mads holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
