Lily Lee
Lily Lee is a Director at EQT, where she leads transformation and operational excellence initiatives within the Global Client Solutions team, focusing on the systems and processes that support institutional capital-raising and client service across the platform. Based in Hong Kong, Lily works across EQT's global fundraising and client-facing teams, contributing to the firm's broader effort to build scalable institutional client capabilities. Lily joined EQT in August 2021. Lily holds a B.S. in Economics with a Finance concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining EQT, she worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan across offices in New York and Hong Kong, and earlier at Citi in New York.
