Laurence Daures
Laurence Daures is Dassault Systèmes’ lead independent director. She is an ESSEC finance professor and CREST-affiliated researcher, with a finance doctorate from HEC Paris and postgraduate degrees from EDHEC, Paris Dauphine and Paris School of Economics. Her work addresses capital-market organization and regulation. She previously led ESSEC’s finance department and taught at ENSAE; her research received the2013 Vega Prize and a2015 derivatives-research award. Her own profile identifies an independent LCL directorship and audit-committee leadership.
