Kyoko Hirose

Kyoko Hirose is an independent outside director of Shionogi, appointed in June2025. She is president of Hirose Manufacturing, a global industrial-sewing-machine component business, and vice-chair of the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Her board expertise includes organizational culture, diversity, globalization and risk management.
