Kristina Simmons is the founder and managing partner of Overwater Ventures. She previously worked in market development at Andreessen Horowitz and as a chief of staff and investment partner at Khosla Ventures. Earlier, she helped build lululemon’s digital channels and emerging-products initiatives. She leads Overwater’s early-stage investment and founder-support strategy.
