Juan Antonio Tébar Chumillas is Aeronautical engineer and international MBA graduate from UPM with leadership and innovation programmes at IESE, MIT, Comillas and ESADE. Worked on the A 400 M at EADS/CASA before joining CDTI in2008, progressing through European framework-programme leadership. Represents Spain in Horizon Europe and EIT policy bodies and sits on the ENSA board.
