José Moisés Martín Carretero

José Moisés Martín Carretero is Economist trained at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with postgraduate finance and computational-methods studies and executive training at MIT and INSEAD. Before directing CDTI he led consultancy Red 2 Red from 2014 and has more than 25 years of public/private experience. Previously managed multilateral cooperation at AECID and taught economics and technological entrepreneurship at Universidad Camilo José Cela from2016–2024.
