John James founded BOKA in 2022 and serves as managing partner and group chief executive officer. He served on ALL.SPACE’s board from 2023 through its 2026 combination with York Space Systems. He previously led Fusion Acquisition Corp., co-founded ScalaMed and founded BetaSmartz. He is an Atlantic Council nonresident senior fellow focused on technology, defense and geopolitics.
