Joe Wagner

Joseph (Joe) Wagner, PhD, is Modulo Bio’s chief development officer, announced June3,2025 and confirmed in its current team. He has more than25years of biotechnology experience and previously led R&D, software engineering and data science as chief scientific officer at Notable Labs. Earlier executive roles included BriaCell Therapeutics and OncoCyte. His experience covers therapeutic development and precision medicine across neurology, oncology and other disease areas.
