Jillian Shaw

Jillian Shaw is a Venture Partner at Magnetic Ventures, focused on AI-assisted drug discovery and precision genetic medicines. She is an Institute Scientist at the Broad Institute and co-leads its Ladders to Cures rare-disease accelerator. Her background includes synaptic physiology and neurodevelopmental disorders, with a PhD from USC and postdoctoral research at Stanford.
