Jeff Zhao
Jeff Zhao is a Director at EQT, where he focuses on buyout opportunities across Greater China, with a particular emphasis on the Healthcare, Services, and Consumer sectors. He is part of EQT's China Team within the Private Capital Asia platform. Jeff first joined the firm in 2013, when it operated as BPEA, and was based in the firm's Beijing office. He rejoined EQT in 2018, following a year at business school and is now based in Hong Kong. Jeff holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Boston University Questrom School of Business. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at China International Capital Corporation as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Department.
