Javier Kielmanowicz
Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Javier is Head of Applied AI at Harvey, where AI agents execute legal work end to end for more than 100,000 lawyers, including at 76 of the AmLaw 100. Javier leads the team that builds Harvey's newest products in partnership with its largest law firm and enterprise customers. Prior to joining Harvey in 2026, Javier led engineering teams at Meta Superintelligence Labs, Instagram, and Kargo, the digital advertising platform. He has spent his career building teams across consumer-scale products and enterprise deployments. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University. He is based in New York.
