Jack Young

Jack Young is a technology and digital-health venture investor and former General Partner of the original Novartis–Qualcomm dRx Capital joint venture. Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners’ own April2016 appointment release credits him with launching dRx Capital during his earlier Qualcomm Ventures North America and Qualcomm Life Fund leadership. His published investment background includes mobile health and healthcare services, with earlier leadership at ZTE, Nokia,3Com,GDC and Nortel. He earned an electrical engineering MS from the University of Calgary and an MBA from McGill. His dRx role is historical; the exact last employment day is undisclosed.
