Hervé Bressan is identified as chair of Banque CIC Ouest in its 2024 regional publication. The bank’s own April 23, 2025 announcement names Laurent Berger as his successor. His authentic published portrait is extracted from the original embedded image in the 2024 document. His chairmanship is therefore historical, not a current position.
