He previously served as Chief AI Officer at SentinelOne, an Insight portfolio company, giving him firsthand experience operating within the portfolio and a deep understanding of what it means to be a true partner to their leadership teams. Gregor brings more than 20 years of experience building software at private and public companies, with deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI spanning multimodal conversational systems to high-autonomy agentic security platforms. He has scaled global engineering and research organizations through an IPO and a private equity acquisition, and has led product development, product management, data science, and operations for enterprise and mid-market customers. Gregor holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Philosophy from the London School of Economics, and an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
