Gonzalo Rodés
Leads Aldea's long-term platform strategy and institutional partnerships, ensuring alignment across funds, managers, and investors. Gonzalo brings more than three decades of experience spanning law, investment banking, entrepreneurship, and long-term capital formation. He focuses on building durable investment platforms grounded in trust, governance, and multi-generational alignment. Before founding Aldea, Gonzalo held senior roles across legal, advisory, and financial institutions, including Cuatrecasas, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, and GBS Finance. His career has been shaped by working closely with founders, families, and institutional investors navigating complex ownership structures and long-horizon decisions. In parallel with his investment work, Gonzalo has served on multiple boards, including Inversiones y Servicios Publicitarios, a family-owned holding company operating across 12 countries. These experiences inform Aldea's emphasis on disciplined governance, institutional rigor, and partnership built over time. Gonzalo holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and completed Columbia Business School's Advanced Management Program.
