Gerfried Brunner

Gerfried Brunner has been co-managing director of Austria Wirtschaftsservice since December 1, 2024, succeeding Edeltraud Stiftinger. He previously led the agency’s credit and co-financing division for eight years. He jointly oversees the public promotional bank with Bernhard Sagmeister and also serves, through the agency’s statutory mandates, as an ERP-Fonds managing director and National Foundation for Research, Technology and Development board member.
