Gerald Chan
Gerald Chan co-founded Morningside with Ronnie Chan in 1986. He is publicly identified as Morningside chairman by its own digital-health summit team and as co-founder by Neutrolis and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He holds a doctorate in radiation biology from Harvard; his investing spans biotechnology, neuroscience and technology. Existing Apellis board affiliation is preserved.
