Gabrielle brings over a decade of experience sourcing and evaluating early-stage technology investments, with a particular focus on founder quality, market dynamics, and execution risk. She works closely with Aldea's partners across fund and direct strategies, supporting investment decisions from initial conviction through portfolio engagement. Prior to Aldea, Gabrielle held operating and investment-facing roles across Europe and the U.K. She previously served as COO at Learn Amp, where she supported the company's growth and product expansion, and earlier worked on international expansion initiatives at Mitiga Solutions, a deep-tech company operating across multiple geographies. At Aldea, Gabrielle is a core member of the investment team, partnering with managers and founders throughout the lifecycle and contributing to portfolio construction, diligence processes, and ongoing support. She holds a degree from the University of Cambridge and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
