Frédéric Saudou
Frédéric Saudou is HuntX Pharma’s chief scientific officer and cofounder. His published biography identifies him as a professor at the Grenoble Institute of Neuroscience since 2013 and a former institute director from 2013 to 2023. His research studies huntingtin, axonal transport and neuronal dysfunction. He trained in molecular pharmacology and human genetics at Strasbourg with R. Hen and J. L. Mandel, completed a Harvard Medical School postdoctorate with M. E. Greenberg, and returned to France as an Institut Curie group leader in 2000. The company identifies a 2014 Richard Lounsbery Prize and more than 100 research publications. His current HuntX title is distinguished from his historical institute directorship.
