He works closely with CEOs, founders, and boards to identify and assess C-suite and VP-level sales and marketing talent, helping them build the leadership teams they need to scale. Prior to joining Insight in 2023, Dominic was a senior member of Twilio’s executive search team, advising business leaders on GTM hiring and conducting key searches during a period of rapid global expansion. Before Twilio, Dominic spent more than 20 years in executive search in San Francisco and London. He founded and led his own executive search firm, partnering with investor-backed technology companies on leadership hiring across Europe and the US. Earlier in his career, he was part of the founding team of a London-based firm that scaled into the US. He began his search career placing leaders within venture capital and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Outside of work, Dominic enjoys international travel, spending time with his family and friends, and cheering on his son from the sidelines of the soccer field.
