Diana Noble
Diana Noble is a Wellcome governor and investment committee member. She joined the Board of Governors on6November2023. She founded private equity leadership adviser Kirkos Partners and served as CEO of the UK development finance institution CDC from2011 to2017. Earlier she led international operations and treatment-access programmes at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Her current governance work includes deputy chair of the Bank of England’s Court of Directors.
