Diana Berisha
Diana Berisha joined Spark Capital in2023 as its first general counsel. She oversees investments, portfolio legal work, fund formation and fundraising legal matters. Previously, she was counsel in Skadden’s capital-markets group. She holds a BA from Georgetown and a JD from Harvard Law School. Her legal role does not imply a personal portfolio check.
