David Bayne

David Bayne directs policy at Hopelab, developing policy positions and engaging young people in policymaking. He previously led the Thurston County health department and held public-affairs and government-relations roles in Washington and Georgia public-health agencies. He earned an MPH at Emory University. He is distinct from IP Group executive David Baynes.
