Daphne Zohar is the founder and former CEO and board director of PureTech Health, and the published founder, CEO and board member of Seaport Therapeutics. She co-founded PureTech’s Karuna Therapeutics and helped build its company-creation and research model. On April9,2024 she left PureTech’s CEO and director roles to lead Seaport, remaining a senior advisor and board observer under a dated agreement. PureTech’s2025 annual report confirms that she resigned the observer role August9,2025 and served as senior advisor through April8,2026. These historical PureTech appointments are not asserted to remain current.
