Cortney Erin

She focuses on CEO searches across the portfolio and on building the talent intelligence and executive networks that help Insight companies identify and attract exceptional leaders ahead of need. Before joining Insight in 2026, Cortney was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Adobe, where she led hiring worldwide. She executed against annual hiring volume that grew by roughly 30% while reducing operating overhead by a similar margin, built Adobe's first integrated workforce planning capability bridging Finance, HR, and the business, and established the company's framework for the ethical and productive use of AI in hiring. Prior to Adobe, Cortney spent nearly four years at Microsoft as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where she led VP-and-above executive hiring worldwide in direct partnership with the CEO and CHRO, oversaw the global talent acquisition infrastructure and operations supporting more than 30,000 hires annually, and founded the company's Global Talent Intelligence function. Before Microsoft, she spent six years at Meta (then Facebook), scaling global technical recruiting from roughly 1,000 to more than 6,000 hires annually across nine offices, leading the company's most sensitive executive searches alongside the CEO and CTO, and building its first talent intelligence team. Earlier in her career, Cortney led global talent acquisition at Lucasfilm through the Disney acquisition, held talent leadership roles at Yahoo! and Agilent Technologies, and began her career in executive search at Korn/Ferry International. Cortney holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a B.A. from Mount Saint Mary's College. She previously served on the board of Water.org, where she chaired the Nomination & Governance Committee, and on the national and Washington & Alaska boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Cortney is an adoptive mom of two and lives outside Seattle. She is an avid SCUBA diver, a licensed high-performance sport driver, and a lifelong learner who is always exploring something new.
